Quality Policy

TONE Group Ltd. aims to achieve sustained and profitable growth by providing defect free goods and services to its customers on time on budget and to a standard that consistently satisfies their needs and expectations.
The company operates a Quality Management System that has gained BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certifications and which includes aspects specific to the provision of contract scaffolding services.
The aim of our Quality Policy is to enhance customer satisfaction and quality performance continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
To achieve this goal the management are:
◼ Committed to establishing this Quality Policy and documenting their objectives as recorded in the minutes of our management review meetings.
◼ Committed to communicating these objectives to all personnel and ensure the compliance of all personnel with more detailed procedures
◼ Ensured commitment to fulfil needs and expectations of customers and all Stake Holders and Interested Parties by maintaining high quality standards in all operations and set up corrective procedures for preventing the occurrence or recurrence of exceptions to this standard of service.
◼ Committed to ensuring the company complies with all relevant legislation and regulations specifically related to its business activities.
◼ Committed to communicating through the Company the importance of meeting customer needs and legal requirements.
◼ Committed to ensuring that the regular management review meetings are held to: –
[1] Monitor and measure the processes and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System based on the internal audit results.
[2] Review Quality objectives and Procedures and revise where appropriate on an annual basis.
◼ Committed to reviewing the availability of resources to achieve these aims.
◼ Committed to continual improvement of the Management System.
◼ Committed to consultation and participation of workers.
