At East Surrey College (ESC), we believe that leadership, resilience, and teamwork are essential skills for success in both education and life. That’s why we are thrilled to celebrate our ongoing partnership with TONE Scaffolding & Media Structures, companies dedicated to developing future leaders through high-quality training and leadership development programs.
TONE has been working closely with our college, supporting our students in gaining valuable experience in Adventure Training, Management and Leadership Techniques. Through activities such as field craft skills, low ropes and expedition training, our students are challenged to step outside their comfort zones, work collaboratively, and build their confidence — all under the expert guidance of the ESC staff and using the excellent facilities provided by TONE.
