TONE Scaffolding’s Sean O’Brien led the construction of a protective hanging scaffold over an active roadway in the busy T4 Baggage Hall. As the Black Hat (site supervisor), he ensured the scaffold was built to design specifications, and that all operatives strictly followed safety regulations. Sean conducted pre-start briefings to make sure the team was fully aware of their working conditions and responsibilities, prioritising safety in the live baggage environment.
